Tobacco Cessation

Quit Smart is a 4 session program addressing all forms of tobacco dependency. Classes offered monthly.   For more information and to sign up, you can call 405-307-3176 or visit the Class and Event Registration site.  If you need additional information, you may contact Jerry Deming at 307-3175.

CPR AHA Certification and Recertification

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is a combination of rescue breathing and chest compressions delivered to victims thought to be in cardiac arrest.  This course includes Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) component.  Please call 405-307-3176 or visit the Class and Event Registration site to register for a class.


The National Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP)

The program was developed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention can help you make a change for life. The program helps you learn how to change your lifestyle to prevent type 2 diabetes. It is a year long program which meets weekly for 16 weeks, and followed by monthly sessions.  All meetings are facilitated by a trained Lifestyle Coach.
